In light of the record cold temperatures forecasted for this weekend, we would like to remind you to make sure all windows and doors to the outside are closed and latched, and to get in touch with the Northeastern University Facilities Customer Service Center whenever you encounter any facilities-related issues such as broken pipes, windows, doors, etc.

The center is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Call us at 617.373.2754, or enter an online work request via myNEU>Services and Links>Facilities Online Work Request

In an emergency, always call the Northeastern University Police Department at 617.373.3333.
