All Banner services, including several self-service applications within myNEU, will be unavailable on Saturday, August 5, starting at 6 a.m., through Sunday, August 6, at 6 p.m. EST while the system is upgraded.

This upgrade will also impact the Banner Operational Data Storage (ODS), which will be available with data as of Friday, August 4, starting at 6 a.m. The ODS will be unavailable on Monday, August 7, but it is expected to be back online on Tuesday, August 8.

All other Banner services are expected to be back online and fully functional on Monday, August 7.
