All Banner services, including several self-service applications within myNortheastern, will be unavailable on Sunday, February 4, starting at 6 a.m., through Sunday, February 4, at 12 p.m. (noon), to undergo a scheduled upgrade.
This upgrade will also impact the Banner Operational Data Storage (ODS), which will be available with data as of Friday, February 2. The ODS will be unavailable on Monday, February 5, but it is expected to be back online and current on Tuesday, February 6.
All other Banner services are expected to be back online and fully functional on Monday, February 5.
