Update
As part of routine system maintenance, the Husky Card system will be upgraded on August 19th beginning at 5am. Some Husky Card services will not be available during the upgrade. The outage is expected to last approximately 2 hours. The services affected that may impact you are as follows.
Services Unavailable during the upgrade
CBORD Mobile ID app: The CBORD Mobile ID app will not work during the upgrade. Please use your Husky card to open online locks (access doors).
Coke and Snack Vending Machines: You will not be able to use your Husky card or the CBORD Mobile ID app on vending machines. Please purchase items before or after the upgrade, or use cash.
Off-campus vendors: You will not be able to make purchases using your Husky card at off-campus vendors.
Bookstore: You will not be able to make purchases using your Husky card at the bookstore.
Adding Husky dollars: You will not be able to add Husky dollars at Student Financial Services.
Husky Card Preferences: Husky Card Preferences via myNEU will not be available.
New Husky cards: You will not be able to get a new Husky card during the upgrade.
The following services will continue to be available during the upgrade
Access to doors (offices, labs) using your Husky card
Rebecca's Cafe using your Husky card
Purchases at Curry Student Center Food Court vendors using your Husky card
Printing using your Husky card
Access to the library with your Husky card
Access to the Marino Center, Cabot Center, and SquashBusters with your Husky card
Access to Parking Garages with your Husky card
