On Sunday, June 4, 2017 from 6 a.m. until noon, Information Technology Services will be updating the Storage Cluster housing myFiles and the network shared storage, i.e., the Q-drive. We are updating the Storage Cluster to the latest supported code to remain current and address known issues.

At some point during that six-hour window, services using the Storage Cluster will become unavailable for about 30 minutes. If you try to reach myFiles, the Q-drive or other dependent service and find it is unavailable, we suggest you wait for 30 minutes and try again. Be assured that no files will be affected.
