Due to scheduled maintenance, new and existing student and family account users may experience brief intermittent delays in claiming and managing Northeastern online accounts on April 18 from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. EST. This includes resetting and changing passwords associated with online accounts. Service will resume as normal after this maintenance window.
