On Monday, April 5 between 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. EST users with employee or sponsored accounts may experience brief intermittent service interruptions where they are unable to claim or manage Northeastern online accounts. This includes resetting and changing passwords associated with online accounts. Service interruptions will not last more than five minutes, and access will fully resume as normal after this maintenance window.
