On Thursday, Dec. 1, from 8 p.m. to Friday, Dec. 2, at 12 a.m. ET, Facilities Services Work Order System and Northeastern Archibus services—including space management and requests, floor plans, and GIS data—will be unavailable.
The downtime is necessary as Facilities’ new service portal, which integrates Archibus with ServiceNow, is launched. ServiceNow services will not be affected during the maintenance.
Normal availability and performance are expected to return after the maintenance has been completed. The following URLs can then be used for Facilities requests:
