Maintenance to the GlobalProtect VPN will occur from 10 p.m. ET on Friday, July 10 to 4 a.m. ET on Saturday, July 11 as part of ongoing work to modernize the Boston campus network.

During this maintenance window, community members working remotely and connected to GlobalProtect VPN may experience brief disconnections. Access to Northeastern services that require VPN may be temporarily unavailable. If your VPN connection drops, wait a few minutes and reconnect to GlobalProtect.

Community members on a Northeastern campus network will not be impacted. No action is required.
