IT teams have applied a fix to process claim emails for all new student accounts. Claims should be working as expected now, and teams are monitoring to verify.

IT teams have found a backlog in pending claim emails and are working on a fix to process them. Updates will continue to be shared to the IT Statuspage as they become available.

IT teams are investigating reports of students not able to claim accounts due to not receiving claim emails or valid claim tokens. Updates will be shared to the IT Statuspage as they become available.
